What exactly do I get?

A one-click installer. It sets up HERO on your PC — the dashboard, the desktop companion, and the brain: one plain folder of your files that HERO reads, organizes, and remembers. Delete nothing, lose nothing.

Do I need anything else?

A Windows PC. That's it. The AI is included with your subscription — no Claude account, no API keys, nothing to connect. Your plan includes a generous monthly AI allowance (hundreds of conversations for most people); if you ever run through it, the app politely offers a small credit top-up right where you're working.

Can I move it to a new computer?

Yes — your brain is one portable folder, and your key covers two devices with one-click moves. Keep it on an external drive if you like; it roams with you.

What if it's not for me?

Cancel anytime — one click in the Stripe portal stops future charges, and your access runs to the end of the paid month. Your brain folder stays yours either way.
